Transitional cell carcinoma in an ileal conduit.

Following cystectomy for transitional cell carcinoma a 63 year old woman developed recurrent tumours in the upper urinary tract and ileal conduit, suggesting that malignant transitional cells can auto-implant in ileal epithelium.
